Flexibility Training

Intermediate Service

$60 -45 minutes

The Intermediate Service combines mobility and strength training in a 45-minute session. Exercises are tailored to improve movement patterns, reduce injury risk, and progress toward more advanced strength goals. It’s suited for those with some training experience who are ready to elevate their fitness.

Advanced Service

$75 hour

The Advanced Service offers a comprehensive approach to fitness, combining mobility, strength training, cardio, and flexibility. This 1-hour session focuses on enhancing overall physical performance, improving endurance, and promoting recovery through targeted stretching. It’s ideal for advanced clients aiming to achieve peak fitness, athletic performance, or overall well-being through a balanced, full-body approach.
